Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and insured delivery.

  Package Securely

  Place your GATORZ frames in their original hard case and packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original accessories are included.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
